Month-of Coordination a/k/a/ Day-of Coordination (OUR SPECIALTY)

Planned all the details like a boss but not sure how to pull it all together? Our Month-Of Coordination services are the perfect solution to give you and everyone else who spent one too many highly-caffeinated nights planning your shindig a well-deserved break.  

We swoop in 4-6 weeks before the big day and take the reins on planning your epic event.  So go ahead. Party like it’s 1999, feeling confident that your vendors won’t show up at the wrong place and your DJ has been forewarned that “The Chicken Dance” shouldn’t be playing within 100 yards of your event.  We've got everything under control!

Here's the skinny on some of the services that are included:
  • One (1) Lead Planner and Two (2) Assistants on deck for the big day (includes up to 12 hours of coverage).
  • One (1) initial meet and greet and venue(s) walkthrough.
  • Vendor referrals (florists, photographers, transportation, rentals, etc.). 
  • Review of all vendor and venue contracts.
  • Consistent communication via emails, texts and phone calls.
  • Provide a detailed Day of Timeline of the day's events and distribution to all vendors.
  • Communication and final detail confirmation with venue(s) and vendors.
  • Rehearsal Direction (As needed for up two (2) hours. Additional fee of $250.00)
  • Set up and break down of personal decor items. 
  • Coordination of guest transportation to and from venue(s). 
  • Mange vendor arrivals and ensure proper order of services. 
  • Coordination of ceremony and vendor cues. 
  • Attendance to bridal party and special guests. 
  • Floor plan layout direction and guidance. 
  • Providing of emergency kit 
  • Coordination and management of toasts, special songs, etc. 
  • Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors as needed, and more!
$2,500 (travel fee may apply)
